I’ve only used my Chefman kettle once as I just purchased it but love this so far! I use hot water all day and I’m trying minimize using a microwave. I like the infuser since I often drink tea.

We were a little sad when our last electric kettle stopped working, but now we couldn’t be happier because our new Chefman electric kettle alows us to choose the appropriate temperature for brewing a variety of hot beverages.  The beautiful lights are a bonus!  Highly recommend!

Love the electric kettle

We love our new kettle especially my mom she thinks the lights on it make you look extremely fancy We love that you can brew your favorite kind of tea or just boil water to your liking We love that you could set the temperature of the water to your liking or just love love love our project our new chef man electric kettle it's absolutely great for a very very low price You guys really outdid yourself and we're glad that we were apart of your greatness and can't wait on all your future creations, cuz we would also like to be a big part of those,:FYI! CHEFMAN ELECTRIC KETTLE

We are so happy with our shipment electric kettle! It is far superior to a traditional kettle on the stove. We love that it quickly hates or boils water, and will continue to cool and heat it until we are ready to use the water. it is fast, efficient, and easy to use. We love the color system that tells you when it is hot, ready, or off.. we don’t know how we go away this song without one of these!

We LOVE it !

Just great! Easier than I thought/expected. However, there seem to be two defects. A strip of unknown material peeled off at the circumference situated between the glass body and the metal body (base). Also, when I lifted the kettle to pour the water, I spotted areas of leakage (?). See attached images. Does the warranty cover me? If not, can you offer reassurances that there is no danger in the continual use of this appliance?

The product is wonderful, but the one problem I have with it around the edge of it start to drip water when you’re pouring from it but other than that, it works fast it keeps the water at a temperature where you can control it so it’s a beautiful kettle

Beautiful hot water kettle

This is a pretty great kettle overall. There are only two things it's missing that would make it a perfect upgrade from my Fellow electric kettle:  full incremental temperature control - from lowest to highest, and a hold feature that isn't automatically shut off by using the kettle.

Almost perfect kettle

After the water boils and you go to pour it, the kettle totally leaks from a spot where the glass meets the metal below the spout. First I thought it was residual dribbling from the spout after pouring, but it is indeed leaking from what is most likely an unsealed part between the metal and glass. (See the area where I’m pointing in the photo). Water seeps out and rapidly drips down, causing you to have to clean up water off the base as well as your countertops. Plan on spending a bunch of time wiping up water after boiling. Basic design fail!

Brand new electric kettle leaks

Followed the instructions to boil one pot of water to clean the pot before use, and when pouring out that boiled pot, water was dribbling down the front of the pot. Discovered that it was leaking beneath the pour spout, where the plastic spout piece is attached to the glass. Will be immediately returning it.
