This is my second one of these. First one lasted at least 5 years (weekly use) and then the pump went. It's a good water urn.

Fast delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only bought this because it has the pump and is safe for children. But you have to work really hard to get water using the pump unlike other hot water pots I had that just pumps water with one push of the pump. 

The water does stay very hot.

H truly disappointed the moment take it out the Box to handle already broken it took it well over the amount of time it should have just to heat up half a gallon of water to the point to which not even really hot in it sets itself off and the button in the back we compress it to dispose of without power is stuck on the inside it has been so if  I want to use it all now and I close the lead water is gonna go everywhere . I'm  A nursing student going to the coronavirus stuff right now in I need you something to help me get hot water when I need my coffee in it failed.

Completely Disappointed.

I honestly can't rate the product however, the Marketplace where Walmart gets this from is definitely worth ZERO stars.  when I opened the box, It was VERY obvious it had been previously purchased and returned.  It wasn't sitting in the box properly, the cord wasn't wound up and twist tied or put in  the little plastic bag it belonged in (although, the bag was there), there were there were fingerprints and smudges all over the product and, here comes the worst..... when I opened the lid, there was water inside and all around the wall of the barrel of the unit! I honestly couldn't believe that a company would ship anything out like that!.. Ok, mistakes happen but, what happened to taking extra precautionary measures during covid???!!!
I was, and still am, so very disgusted over it!
