it works great. I used this for Thanksgiving to keep little appetizers hot. It's on the smaller side but that is what I needed. It fits a 9 by 13 baking dish, and with most hot plates the food needs to be cooked before placing it on the hot plate. It's designed to keep stuff warm and not cook the food.

The Chefman heating tray is just what I need.  The only thing that I did not like was that the promotion for the device did not mention the country of manufacture, but the device is labeled with it.

This is my first warming tray and I am looking forward to many years of using it for family dinners!  Now I can retire my coffee cup warmer!

A bit small but I expected that.   I used it to  keep the pies warm on Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Does the job and will be good for anytime I need to keep something warming rather than putting back in the oven or microwave

Unlike the photo that is printed on the packaging, the instructions advise to not use anything such as ceramic stoneware as the bottom edges may scratch the glass surface of the warming tray. There's more limitations to this appliance than I had imagined.
