Our only way to get hot water for soup or tea was through my coffeemaker, which inevitably had residual grinds that would get in everything, so this is perfect for my family!  Clean, fast hot water for any purpose.  I'm not sure how we functioned without this!

I had purchased previously for a boyfriend and he liked it, so recently I bought myself one. Love how quickly I can make a large amount of hot water for food or tea. 

The blue light shuts off when the water is done heating up. You can use the diffuser under the cap for loose leaf tea. Easily to remove and wash too.

Highly recommend

I love this percolator tea/coffee/kettle.
It is a very nice design with simple features that are understated and really help the wet bar pop.
The fine mesh infuser is excellent and really allows the tea/coffee to be saturated and fully percolated
The simple to use and find, on/off button is out of the way for when you use the handle, but in the right place to just tap it to turn on/off.
The base is sturdy and the kettle, 'finds it' and sits o it really nice.
The added bonus of the blue light when it is percolating is awesome.
As it percolates, not too noisy, just a low rumble.
To reheat your brew, I've got a really hot cup in half the timed brew time.
The glass is easy to clean.
The infuser is easy to insert and remove and clean.

GREAT KETTLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kettle was in perfect condition and works perfectly so far.  The price was comparable to the same item at other retailers. I have had Chefman brand products  in the past so have faith in the quality

This pot is easy to operate. It heats up very quickly. However, here are 2 things that would be better for me personally. It’s a bit difficult to clean because of the non immersible bottom section of the pot, not the base and also the narrow top opening. I think the infuser needs to be longer. I’m a single person and only make about 1/3 of a pot (any more would be a waste of tea bags.) The infuser does not reach the water level so I have to throw the tea bags into the pot or let the tea steep in my cup. If you make a lot of tea at one time, that wouldn’t be an issue. Other than what I mentioned, I still am pleased because of how quickly it heats the water.

Quick and easy.

I have been using this for just over three months now. I like the idea of a tea infuser option for your glass kettle. Novel idea and convenience but there is a strange taste to the water which is also infused with the tea in the kettle. If you just boil water it is also in the water from the kettle that you pour over your loose/bag tea in your cup. Guess this taste is from the  plastic liner between/around the glass and metal base of kettle. Have gone back to my Hamilton Beach electric kettle that I have been using for over seven years now that does not taint the water with an odd taste. I hope Walmart can get with the manufacturer to produce a better glass kettle that will not change the taste of the water or find another manufacturer to do the job correctly I will buy that one.

I really want to like this glass kettle but ...

I was sold a product that has already been used. I had a delivery order. When I first saw the box it looked like it had been opened. But then I told myself it probably just got messed up during the delivery process. I opened the bow and immediately noticed that the items were just thrown back into the box. So I pulled the plastic down and saw that the glass was foggy and had hand prints all over it. Totally disgusted!! Let’s not even mention the old zucchini that I received as well. I’m very disappointed with Walmart.

Very unhappy

Unfortunately 😕 this is a second purchase from this brand and still the same result. It breaks. There's a rubber like clear lining at the bottom that breaks after multiple uses. It can still boil but I'm not sure if I trust the quality. The first one I bought had issues and wouldn't boil some electrical problems with the kettle.  The replacement of the first one also has issues and the rubber lining also broke then it would boil and not shut off automatically.

3 different kettles same brand same result 🥺

Worked great at first. I loved the LED lights. I even recommended it to others. The problem was, after six months, the kettle started leaking from the LED lights to the bottom. The LED lights started flickering in and out. The LED lights still work, but the kettle is just a fire hazard now with the leaking so we had to get rid of it. It's really unfortunate because it worked really well and quickly. Maybe it wasn't meant to be used daily.

Worked for 6 months

The Chefman has failed me. I bought one before and it worked great. When I saw this Chefman with a tea infuser I’m like yes! Even better. But after one week the light stops working. Not the end of the world. But then it stops working entirely after 10 days. Just an utter disappointment.
