[Employee of walmartcanada] I love it!. This toaster is very streamline and modern, not bulky like most 4 slice toasters, I like artisan breads so the long slots are perfect for toasting a whole slice without having to cut it. the count down timer and beeping notification is an added bonus.

A very good toaster with lots of options!  inside elements not as hot as outside so a single slice is browner on one side than the other. Not that big of a deal, but!

It just arrived this afternoon, easy to get going, much like my old Brevilles (2) that died between 2020 and 2026.  I'm hopeful this Chefman will work better than the last two did.  
I did 2 tests with white sliced bread.  Used the rear slot, set for 3 and the slice facing rear or outside elements was NOT as toasted as the front (facing the internal element).
So I just flipped the bread aroun, stuck back in toaster and chose %231.  Perfect.
2nd time I put the slice of bread in the middle of the slot (tip from google search) and the toast came out more evenly toasted.  I make toast maybe once  a week so any Toaster I buy should last a very long time.  Fingers crossed.

GOOD TOASTER IF IT LASTS MORE THAN A COULE OF YEAR

nice features but one complaint the bread don't toast on the bottom. after a minute or so you have to cancel & turn the bread upside down & start again to get a  good even brown top & bottom...

Doesn't toast on bottom

Nice toaster, but it arrived defective from the manufacturer. The middle elements don’t light up. Also note the instructions about the display are kind of confusing. It says do not remove the digital display sticker, but you have to remove the sticker, it’s taped on.  I removed it, removed the tape, and then put the plastic sticker back on. It wasn’t until I plugged in the toaster that I realized the display lights up once the toaster plugged in. Hence you do not need to replace the plastic sticker.  The plug-in cord is kind of short too, and it doesn’t have a spot on the side for it to come out.

Nice toaster, but I’m gonna have to return it

Regret buying this toaster, although it rated high in online consumer reviews. All on the same setting (3), one time will burn my toast, the other time it won’t even toast. I thought maybe it needed a break in time. No. A piece of junk.

Do not buy!

I bought the toaster.  I took it home and made two slices of toast.  I used the middle setting.  The toast was pretty well almost black.  Then, I toasted again using the lightest setting.  The toast was only toasted on one side!!  I took the toaster back to the store for a refund within 1 hour of buying it!  Don’t even think about it.  I was intrigued by the narrow design, but it isn’t worth that to have a toaster that sucks!
