Parked under a train at work and rusty water dripped all over my car. No big deal right? It dried overnight and would not come out! I emailed the Chemical Guys and Juan recommended this product. I just walked back into the house after using it and couldn't be more thrilled. What took minutes and minutes to wipe out took a few sprays and a wipe. Highly highly recommend this product. The spray darkens when It's done working so it's completely dummy proof, and did not hurt the shine of my truck. Thanks guys!

Life saver

I used to apply Diablo Gel to clean my rims but i found out that sometimes it is a little "weak" for a really dirty rims or if there is a lot of break dust on them, i used to put a lot of pressure with my brush to remove the contaminants. Now CG finally gave us a PH natural iron remover - This products works great, after spraying on the rim this stuff turns to red and you could actually see how much break dust got stuck on the rim. What's so great about it that i don't need to scrub hard to fully clean it, by that i'm avoiding getting scratches on the rims. Great product.

Makes the job so easy

Typically CG products work Good/Great, and smell awesome. This stuff smells like plain evil, but it works better than any product I've ever used. If you're a racing / track day guy that deals with multiple sets of wheels coated in racing brake pad dust, this stuff actually works better than any heavy detergent / degreaser I've used. The wheels literally turn dark purple and the smell is...strong, but it lifts the deposits out of the crevices. I'm guessing that the product might be overkill for your DD / show car, as this seems to be designed for the nasty deposits left from non-stock brake pads. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

How good this works makes up for the smell!

The Focus RS 6 piston Brembos generate a lot of break dust. I've tried just straight scrubbing and washing with no luck. Eventually, I kinda just ignored my wheels and had quite a bit of buildup. This product worked as directed and the wheels look great again. I'll continue with this product for sure!

I tried this because brake dust on my 17 srt was bad.tried some wheel cleaner from local auto store did nothing.Spray defcon and let it work,used wheel clean brush and pressured washed off=look like new

If you have 6piston brembo's

After neglecting my machined aluminum wheels all summer on my daily, and chrome wheels on my work truck, this made cleaning them a breeze. 10 minutes of work and my wheels look new again.

Makes Brake Dust Disappear

I love this product and use it a lot. I love using Decon Pro to clean rims and wheels on really bad wheels just to see the before and after- Truly amazing product!! I would like to see more options on the sizes 16oz can clean about 2 cars all four wheels two times and thats about it. We need more OZ'S!!!!!!!!!

BIGGER QUANTITY PLEASE

I been dealing with bad brake dust stuck on my wheels. I tried a lot of things to remove this. Then I decided to get the decon pro iron remover. It took a lot of the caked on brake dust off. Great product if dealing with caked on brake dust on wheels.

Hard brake dust gone!

I'm on my second gallon of this stuff and I love it! I just have one complaint, I wish it was thicker cause I feel like it runs off the wheel to quick and it doesn't really give the product time to work properly.

Solid product

Very interesting to see the product react and clean all the break dust, turns purple after a few minutes. Need a lot of product to get good results, only used once so far but I would say I am satisfied.

Works great but need a lot of product to really clean

I used this product on a white vehicle covered In iron deposits. I never really got a reaction where the product turned purple. I also used a synthetic clay bar and still didn't get all the deposits off. Adams Iron remover worked better on the same vehicle on a previous detail.

Not the reaction I hoped for.
