i used the medium clay bar and V36 to attack the cloudy oxidation/stain on my 2008 Trailblazer driver side windows. The local glass guy told me nothing could be done, but replace the glass. i had tried different stuff to no avail. in 30 minutes from start to finish, with a DA buffer, i had those windows clear. Good! Stuff!

I use CG products exclusively for my detailing and this is just another one that does an excellent job. I use it when I restore headlights. Fantastic product.

Just another Excellent Product from Chemical Guys

I tried Maguire's polishing compound on a car with some swirl marks. While it was fine for light jobs, it made no difference with the swirl marks. I used the V36 and had some wonderful results although it took four light applications. A little goes a long way. Did a Chevy Equinox and used less than an eighth of the bottle. Brought back the shine and, after a wax job, the water beads off perfectly. Would buy again.

V36 Review

Used to clear yellowed headlights. Wet sanded my headlights with 1000 grit sandpaper, applied cutting polish with orange hex-applicator, applied swirl remove with black hex-applicator, applied final polish with white hex-applicator, sprayed with clear gloss, applied sealant. The headlights came out very clear after applying the other components.

super great product that, when applied as displayed in the Chemical Guys You Tube videos, does exactly what it say it will do. applying this product to my vehicle makes her look like she did when I purchased her off of the show room floor. highly recommend

absolutely amazing

I don't know if it's supposed to be used on headlights but it works way better then a kit from the store. It also lasts longer and keeps the lights clear.

Great for headlights

My 2016 E350 4Matic had hazy wood trim. This, coupled with the white hexagon scrub pad restored the original clear luster of the wood trim. Thanks Chemical Guys!

This cleared up my hazy wood trim

According to the peeps at CG, I'm a bit off the beaten path... I build guitars. But just like automobiles, customers who purchase boutique/custom guitars want high-end finishes drenched in wet glossy goodness. Up until about a year ago I had been experimenting with different brands of polishes & compounds, but when I discovered Chemical Guys & their products, it made my job that much easier. I'm not even kidding... their stuff is great. I use V36 with the white hex pad on a DA in between my initial cutting/buffing stages & my final V38 polishing segment (w/ blue hex pad). It's such a smooth transition in scratch elimination. Just adding the V36/white pad stage made my job (and finishes) that much better. Thanks CG.

Outstanding product

This stuff is just way to easy. I can't believe detailing my car is now this simple. I followed the video and did the v36 with orange pad, v38 with White and followed up with Black and grey pad. My cars came out great. I will say however that I expected this to cut a little more of the scratches out but I guess my scratches are a bit deeper than I thought. My swirls are ALL gone but some scratches remain. I ordered the V34 but have yet to try it. Best part is WATER BASED! Super simple pad wash up! FINALLY!

Too Easy

I tried fixing a problem that occurred with one of your products with this from your team and it isn't working at all I am very disappointed with this whole issue with my wifes windshield with scratches and smear marks. I try keeping her visibility for driving good but this product has ruin her windshield and I need someone to fix this problem asap.
