Ease Of Cleaning

I have a smaller version of this brownie pan but needed a bigger one for a meeting. It was perfect for the job. Easy to clean and I didn't have to cut the brownies into squares after they were cooked.  I love it.  I rate it 5 stars !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gift recipient was very impressed with the quality of the items. The baking pan was very sturdy, and heavy much like you would use in a professional bakery.

This is the best item I have purchased in a long time. The brownies are perfected shaped and easy to remove from the pan. I will never Cook brownies in a regular pan again. The wasn't so nice as I found the exact same pan at Ollies for a cheaper price but the shipping was fast very fast and the use of the pan is exactly what I ordered. I love this pan plus u can bake them and cover them with its plastic lid. I can't say enough about it. Get one and then get another for a friend.

Perfect item for any home!

I was gifted this item to provide an honest review.  If you are brownie edge lover like us- you will enjoy this pan immensely! It was also great for baking a cake without the insert then using the insert to cut it into perfectly portioned pieces.

The pan itself is great however the attachment is hard to clean and isn't a clean cut with brownies but maybe it will do better with a cake instead

I use the piece designed to bake separately as just a cutter as of right now and it works really well for that.

It's huge so if you're going to buy store stuff I'd double it up (2x the batter you would've done) because they end up thin otherwise.

The only two negatives I have are

1. The temperature rating isn't high enough in my opinion
2. When using the serving piece during baking, it will leak beneath in some areas slightly.

Overall, it was worth the purchase. Not having to cut out brownies made it worth it for me. The size is awesome if you have a family. Serving tray is more or less whatever. I wish it were rated for a higher temperature.
