Great starter! No Chemical smell!

This is the quickest and most efficient way to start a charcoal fire or even a wood fire.

Be sure that you add some non-toxic cardboard or paper or small sticks.

You can use lighter fluid or other chemicals, but they are not necessary.

Fast

Would full recommend this to anyone using charcoal! This gets all those annoying chemicals off before putting it in the grill and it gets the coals nice and hot!

This is a great item to have to ease the process of heating coals for grilling

Must Have

I love these for when I'm cooking on my outdoor grill.  No extra chemicals (starter fluid) to change the taste or such.  First time to have a plastic handle...we'll see!

Makes for quicker charcoal starting

I love this! My dad had one when I was growing up. I just got a grill so needed to start coals easily. Hate the liquid stuff. Love this! It is made well

So glad to get it

well made and quite heavy gauge steel. should last a long time, my old one lasted 5 years this will out do it by far.  picture shows a wood handle, mine came with a molded plastic one, way better

Looks great. Haven't used it yet but I think it's pretty straightforward- works like every other chimney. There was a scratch on it and a small dent but I think it's more of a hassle to exchange it when I'll probably scratch and dent it within a month anyway

Good looking

Used it a few times over 2 months and the top handle rivet melted out. Used a generic charcoal and never filled it to the top. I would not recommend.
