The fridge has been rattling for a year now.  Local parts supplier wants $110 for the OEM part.  This guy snapped in place quickly and easily at less than 1/2 the cost.  Total job took about 4 minutes.  Finally the fridge is operating silently.  See pics of the old, extracted assembly and the new one installed.
