[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an incredibly fun game. Brought me back to days in the library reading CYA books, one ending to the next.  
Careful if you conduct a  YouTube search  how to play. There can be spoilers. 
I highly recommend this game - small insight; almost everyone in our group was in their 30's, male and female, and we already plan on another game night soon.  It also helps to play with very funny and smart people who make you laugh without stop.

Nice to see an old classic again

Just like the great books back in the day. Game play is easy to follow and very well put together. There are chapters (five) where you can take a break, if needed, and pick up later. My 9 year old son and I were hooked. We played the whole thing through and it took us well over 3 hours. And we will be able to play again and again. This game has at least 6 different endings.

A true must have

I love playing this game. It is really creative and unique. I played with a group ranging from ages 9, 17, 19, 21, and 54 (really any ages can play, some even younger than 9 with adult assistance for reading cards). Everyone was thoroughly enjoying themselves, laughing, debating, and strategizing. We got really into it and couldn't stop playing.

There are 5 parts to this game. Each part takes around an hour to play (to complete the game it would take approximately 5 hours). You're supposed to play only 1 part / day. My group did the game in 5 days straight on a vacation. You could potentially play it all in 5 hours straight in one day, play it like us in 5 days, play it every other day and take 10 days, or play it once a week on a game night and take 5 weeks to finish the game. 

The only sad part about this game is that you can really only play the whole thing once. After you play it once you can't really play again because you already know how to win, what happens when, and what to avoid. I would still recommend the game to friends because it's so much fun, but I think people should know this going into it. This aspect almost brought the rating down to four stars, but I loved the time spent playing so much that it had to be a five.
