[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They will work great for lights. I am using garland so they will be to small

walmart.com

4 out of every 5 of my clips snapped while trying to attach them on my gutters and/or shingles. I can't see how these would ever work for anyone.

I see that the date on my packages were from 2010.
Perhaps the plastic has aged too much to be flexible?

I bought 5 packs of these, because I had read decent reviews for them. I will be returning every single one of them.
