I was hesitant to try an alarm because the options I was seeing were quite expensive and I was worried it wouldn't end up working. 
Well I saw this one and because it was affordable, I decided it couldn't hurt to try. 
The first couple weeks were tiring but if you keep on going, it really does work! We are still using it but most nights are accident free. In fact just once in the last week! We have been at this now for just over a month and I can say, it's tiring but so worth it because it works! Not having to buy diapers is going to pay for this device very quickly. 
Just if you try it, realize you re going to need to help your child with a blaring alarm in the middle of the night. The first two weeks might suck, a lot. But keep going, because it works!
Also, your child does need to be motivated for it to work. It's very loud and unpleasant to wake up to and without an understanding of why they have to do this, it would be very hard on you and your child. But if your child is motivated to get out of diapers, they will push past the discomfort!

Works and we havent bought diapers in over a month

We tried two different medications prescribed by a doctor without any results. The doctor mentioned trying a bed alarm. After one week my daughter was dry throughout the night. The only recommendation I would of liked to see in the directions is that the sensor needs to be placed farther down for a girl, but we quickly figured it out.

Took a chance on this. We were skeptical, wasn't sure it was going to work. Our 6 year old son is a deep sleeper. He had a hard time waking up sometimes even falling asleep again in the bathroom when we tried waking him up. For a week it didn't seem to be working he was peeing twice a night in his bed. But it's now been 4 days that he wakes up by himself and no more bedwetting! He never had a dry night by himself before trying this. We are very impressed and will definitely recommend to our friends and family if they have kids that are bedwetting.

Wish I had bought this sooner

This item worked for my 6 year old child within 1 week.  She has now had 3 dry nights in a row.

The pee alarm is loud and vibrates as advertised.  I just got done with my 7 year old. It took a long time but I stuck with it and she is now dry!. I am starting  with my 5 yrs old as well. It does work you just have to be patient  and follow the instructions.

It really works

This product is helping our son achieve more dry nights but it seems like it was the most effective in the beginning. Somehow, into the 2nd week, & now 3rd, he's starting to sleep through the alarm. I feel terrible for him, this has been a constant struggle his entire life. He's almost 13. I was a bedwetter all through my teens. It was a huge blow to my self confidence and it is heartbreaking to see him go through it now. We are not going to give up on the product or the goal of achieving dry nights, permanently. This product is the best tool we have and I recommend it for anyone going through this challenge. We just have to figure out how to work through his comatose level of sleep in order to push through.

It's a great little device but hasn't done the trick yet.

Save your money.

The alarm keeps triggering even though my son didn't pee.  I tried wrapping the sensor with cloth thinking maybe it's sweat or residual pee that's triggering the alarm.  It still triggered unexpectedly
