This product is just what I needed. Went from sitting in the sun in Florida to sitting in the dry heat of a house in New England and the skin on my face was getting dryer and itchy...This product looked like it was just what I needed and the price was pretty good so I ordered it.  Came within a week and was just what I needed.  Skin is looking and feeling much better and all itchy patches are gone.  Very pleased with this skin cream

Saw a review on Instagram from a Dermatologist I follow and made the purchase. It wasn't what I expected and I did not see any results. This being said it ended up being money down the drain. I have purchased better products for less money and a lot more product. I have also purchased other products based on this Dermatologist I follow reviews and have been satisfied. To be fair to this product it just wasn't for me. This is a case of where you just have to try and it may just be a match for your skin and ph balance and you end up a satisfied customer.

I use Cicaplast regularly, as does my daughter. I bought TWO of these and was excited about the price for a larger quantity. Unfortunately, it did not feel like the same Cicaplast I have always bought. It wasn't as thick and just felt different. I thought maybe the formula had changed and used it for a few days. My skin broke out, and I realized this was definitely not what I thought it was. Other than the larger size, the package looks just like the one I use. I threw it away and told my daughter to do the same. She never even opened hers. I ordered directly from Laroche Posay to see if we could still get the formula we have been using. It was definitely just like the Cicaplast we always use-so the formula is the same. In any case, I DO NOT recommend this product from this source. I don't think it is authentic. It definitely makes me nervous that I applied this to my face.

Do Not Buy

Wish I could give this zero stars. This product is not Cicaplast. I don't know what they put in the packaging, but it's a completely different moisturizer. It's not thick at all, felt horrible on my face, smelled weird. I am in shock that they would put a different product in the Cicaplast packaging.

DO NOT BUY THIS

A larger size is what is advertised, but I received a smaller bottle that had already expired. I do not recommend this seller.

Do not purchase

I've purchase this product so many times over the past couple years. I go to my account, past orders, and I repurchase. This time, what I received was a knockoff. Totally different texture, smell, and it made my skin burn. I compared it to a bottle I knew was real, and there is no question. Intentionally or not, this seller is sending counterfeit product.

The product wasn't sealed and when I used it I noticed it was not the same product as the original. Seems fake!

I had a sample from the dermatologist and then bought this and the comparison between the two showed something is wrong with this one. It was thin compared to the dermatologist sample and felt watered down.
