these are great as a snack , by the handful, havent tried them with milk , crunch and no too sweet and cimminony , lots of fibre and protein,and flavour , we all love them , not sure why they need such a big bag though for the amount in there , it seems odd,

Best tasting protein cereal I have ever eaten. You can't even tell that it's not like some kind of off brand Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Great source of fiber, however keep in mind that the protein is incomplete. However, if you pair one serving with one cup of ultra filtered milk,  you've got yourself a perfectly balanced and complete amino acid complex.  The flavor and texture is just unbeatable, however the texture is a bit puffier than Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but I actually kinda prefer it. Fantastic product, definitely worth a try if you're looking for a higher protein and fiber alternative!

Was only buying the rainbow hoops flavour, then tried this flavour. Won’t disappoint. It’s a good alternative low sugar cereal

Worth it to try

Stays super crunchy in milk! The flavour coating smells and tastes the same as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and I expected this because how different can cinnamon sugar be across products?  What I was not expecting was the strange after taste.  I will purchase again because of the nutritional value.  Due to the high cost it is not something I will eat every day.
