[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has been playing basketball and is pretty obsessed currently. She was so thrilled to get this glow ball and to try it in the dark! She literally gets out in the driveway any chance she gets and no matter the weather. We are in Michigan and that does not stop her. She was out the other night with the glow ball again and I was surprised how cool it looks in the dark. It's pretty sweet actually. I even took a video of her shooting and the motion of the ball through the air and then through the hoop is very cool looking. We haven't had it too long so not sure on the longevity and how it will hold up but we hope she can get quite a bit of nighttime fun out of it. It came deflated and we had to air it up. It does have batteries inside for the ball to light up but it comes all ready to go. I'll save the instructions for when we do need to change the battery out eventually. It takes 3 LR44 coin cell batteries and gives step by step instructions to change them. Very fun ball for all ages!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this cipton glow in the dark basketball with led nighttime light, battery operated is really cool and fun. there are 2 tabs that you pull off and the lights come on. the whole ball glows orange. really fun. to turn the lights off, there is a little tool you use to sorta dig the round plug out. you dont have to take it completely out, just a little and it goes off. to get the light back on, just bounce the ball. the kids are going to love this at night. it comes with an air tool to air the ball up , and of course some instructions on battery operations.

Kit comes with pump and tools to replace batteries. I would recommend for kids who like to play basketball at night . It's pretty cool .

Arrived deflated...with a very nice little hand pump and a pin. Took a few minutes to inflate and let the fun begin. Anyone who sees it is amazed and amused. Even the dog got interested! Playing seriously or just having some fun, this is a great addition to our activity trunk.

i like the fact that I can play basketball in the evening, and still see the basketball.  Its nice! It lites up when you bounce it, snd stays lit up for a while, until you quit playing with it.

We love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this last weekend and have inflated it and played around a little with it inside. The guys haven't been free to come by and have a game of it. So I haven't played it outside at night yet. But I've played around enough with it inside that I can give a fair assessment. It's more brightly colored than a normal ball. But the feel and action is exactly the same. It comes with everything you need. There's a pump to inflate it with and a tool to open the battery compartments to change the batteries. It's really easy going and simple to inflate it. One hard bounce and it lights up and stays lit. I would recommend it for anyone who has kids or for anyone who still enjoys playing a game with friends.

My daughter and the neighbor kids love this light up basketball!  It is exactly as shown  in the photos and came with everything needed (pump).   It is holding air just fine and seems to be of good material.  They have been using it day and night for over a week, so I can not comment on longevity but they love it!  Good price too  BUT, the black lines are fading (cant attach a photo)

It glows

Ball is cheaply made.  The 2 plugs that are used to fill gap over lights keep popping out during bouncing the basketball.  Material is very different than normal basketball.
