I use the product for whole turkeys and also beef sirloin roast and roasting the veggies. Also, I use it for roast game. It is indeed an excellent product. It is of exceptional quality, and surprisingly inexpensive. I now have 2 of them, which works out perfectly with my new double oven.

Holiday roast easy as pie!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used it yet. Bought it to cook our Thanksgiving turkey. The 16 lb turkey fits the pan so that is good.

The size is perfect,as is the weight.  Only disappointment is the splatter is being difficult to clean off.

Not so non-stick

I bought this pan at Thanksgiving thinking it would be great for preparing a turkey dinner. But because of the handles, it doesn't fit into my standard size jenn-air oven. It takes up a lot of precious storage space, so I'm thinking of giving it away. Too bad it doesn't seem possible to remove the handles.

A pan too big for the average oven

My pan only gets used once a year for a turkey. I think I have used mine maybe 3 or 4 times. After this recent use (Thanksgiving) I noticed the pan peeling. I only hope that none of that material was in my gravy.
