Overall I like this watch. Easy to read for a smaller size watch. The one thing I am disappointed in is the non-rotating bezel. I have two other citizen pro masters and they have rotating bezels. I assumed this one would too. I like the color of the dial and shipment was in the time allotted. Guess I can live with the bezel but why put on all the diver markings on a bezel that doesn't rotate? Give it a four overall.
