This product lightened at a faster rate than the product I normally use. The only downside is that it's white so I had to purchase a color correcting toner separately, that aside this route was still more cost effective than blue or purple bleaches.

I used this product on my already dyed black hair. There was no odor, and it didn't bother my scalp or the skin around my hair. I used it with 20 vol developer and it lifted pretty well, though due to how dark my hair was it took a while to do so. After the fact my hair did feel a little damaged but it wasn't bad all, and a few weeks after bleaching it already feels better.

My hair is very complicated, so this gets a 3 star rating because of my hair type. I've always had issues with lightening my hair, even stylists. This product works, but not as much as I expected it to. The brand I normally use takes about 4 processes to get where I need, where as this one took me about 6. (Not in one day of course, please don't process your hair 6 times in one sitting. Lol) so if your hair is already light or if you are luckily born blonde, this product might be good for you.

very disappointed. I expected a fully packed 8ozs of lightening powder in the tub. Instead I got about 4 ozs in a plastic bag inside the tub. The purpose of me purchasing the tub was for it to last me a long time, but this doesn't seem to be the case. I wish you would let viewers see/know that the packaging is not what they expected.  HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING! I will be requesting an expedited refund please or another tub for FREE.  GB
