[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Ball Mount, new Ball, and locking Hitch Pin all at the same time, from the same company, so all are the same brand.   This Ball Mount was very easy to install on our truck.  It fit the square mount slot that was already on the vehicle with no issues.  In fact, it was more of a problem getting the old, rusted mount ball out that installing this new one (that slid in very easily).  The Locking Hitch Pin that goes with it was also easy to slide into the hole, and once locked, no one can unhitch this item from our vehicle.  Would definitely recommend this brand for ease of installation and easy of use.

Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TowSmart Class III X-Mount Ball Mount with the 5 1/4" Drop and 4" Rise gets out of my way when working on the truck or tractor.  It slides into the receiver easily without my having to crawl around on thw ground to make sure it is level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TowSmart Class III X-Mount Ball Mount, 5 1/4 Drop, 4" Rise. It is easy to connect and is very heavy duty. The installation of this product is extremely simple while offering a secure and safe connection.

Easy to Connect

This ball mount seems to be strong and well made.  The hole for the ball is slightly more than 1" in diameter and needed a spacer for the ball shank to fit properly.  It is really easy to slide into the trailer hitch's 2 X 2 opening.  It fits loose and rattles more than I'd like.  Would prefer a tighter fit with the trailer hitch and less movement and noise.

Okay for the sale price

Love the price compared to others that have less capacity, that being said wish it had locking pins like the more expensive aluminum ones but overall a great product for the price
