Absolutely love this product it's the only thing that's worked for my daughter with her acne. We have fought for years to try to find something and a lady at Walmart said that we should try this particular item Make sure it has no oils because we produce enough oils and that's why it's not getting rid of the acne which does make sense. So we tried it we love it but the only problem was that we had didn't have to do with Walmart it just had to do with the delivery service that they were supposed to deliver it to Walmart and we were supposed to pick it up there and they were supposed to let us know that it was there. They dropped it off in our doorstep didn't even knock didn't even let us know that it was there I never even received anything stating that my product was at my door. My son actually happened to see that there was a guy that came and dropped off in a white truck is what My son said. We checked and sure enough it was on my front doorstep. So none of the comments of how to let me know that it was ready to be picked up which is was supposed to be picked up at the North Walmart but it didn't even make it there it made it to my house instead. Which I was very confused about. Otherwise everything else was 100% awesome.

Walmart awesome delivery service very bad.

I really like how well this product works - I have used it every morning for years and after every shower. It absorbs quickly and does not leave skin feeling greasy or sticky. Leaves a smooth feel and help control breakouts and acne. I have tried other products and have never found anything that works as well for me as this.

The purple packaging formula was perfect WHY DID YOU CHANGE IT IF IT WAS PERFECT? 

The old formula treated any breakouts within 2 days while the new one doesn't even treat breakouts but only breaks me out even more.

The cost cutting decisions ruined a perfect product. I don't recommend anyone getting this. Will never buy this again

I USED THE PURPLE BOTTLE FOR DECADES, UNFORTUNATLY I COULD NOT FIND IT ANYMORE AND BOUGHT THE NEW VERSION. THE SMELL IS AWFULL, THE TEXTURE IS DIFFERENT,THE PUMP WAS MUCH BETTER FOR CONTROL. I DON'T LIKE USING THIS ONE. HOPE YOU RETURN TO ORIGINAL, WHY TRY TO FIX SOMETHING THAT IS NOT BROKEN?

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA

I've been using the old formula for 10-15 years at least and LOVED it and I tried to order a new bottle recently and got the new formula and it's AWFUL. I have a few friends too who always use my moisturizer when they're staying over and they have tried the new formula when visiting me recently and they've had their skin start to burn right away and have had to wash it off immediately. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD FORMULA!!

this has been my daily moisturizer for YEARS and it's not the same since the purple packaging. And the new packaging is absolutely horrendous, product is wasted nearly every time I open the top because it pressurizes itself and spills out with the stupid lid. Not the right thing for the type of product. The old cap was a million times better, I could get out the exact amount I needed, and now it sucks.

Why have you ruined this product? The original pump bottle was a staple I've depended on for countless years. You've downgraded the formula and switched to a terrible, stupid container clearly designed to make it more difficult to control the amount that comes out and also impossible to use all of the product inside. Once it's half empty there's no good way to get the stuff out. A despicable ploy to get people to buy a new bottle twice as often. Purposely wasteful in a time when so many are struggling and the world is already drowning in plastic garbage. I won't buy this again unless these changes are undone.

I hate that they changed this face lotion formula. I've been using the old formula for over 20 years. Total bummer. Wish I could find old version bottles - I'd seriously stock up. Bring back the previous formula!!
