We have a very small pantry door and the 18" is too big.  The 12" worked great and the support bar goes under the lever handle of the door.  It holds quite a bit and will make our smaller items (like soups, spices, bags of dried fruit, ETC) much easier to get, organized, and not falling down all over the place.

The adjustable shelves are out of this world and the optional support bars are a great added feature. Price for this super items is right on.

I love the width of this, and the sturdy baskets. It solves my pantry storage problem. Easy to assemble. I did use screws to secure it to the door.

Fits narrow doors

Great unit for the back of the pantry door.
Adds a lot more space/places to place can goods, snacks etc. Easy to put together and sturdy!

This fits on my pantry door perfectly! My spices are easy to find now which makes me happy.  The only down side to this purchase was the box that closetmaid adjust wall rack came in, was beat up and the worse for ware. I almost sent it back cause I was afraid there was parts missing. I chose to check for parts first. Fortunately, parts was accounted for.

Perfect size for my pantry.  live in small apartment and pantry door is only 18 inches wide.  Fit perfectly.  A little challenging to install.  need something better than plastic anchor and screws for hollow doors.
