Bought specifically for our cat (I know... Pathetic). Bench fits perfectly under the window for him to watch the world go by. The cushion is a bonus for him to sleep and sun himself. It arrived 2 days after ordering in perfect condition. Assembled easily and quickly (about 30 minutes).

The functionality and size of the piece are great. However I ordered the cherry and what arrived looks like espresso with a slight red undertone. It does not match my other cherry tinted pieces in the same room nor the picture posted above. Definitely disappointed in the color. Truly I would have returned it except for the fact my husband, trying to be helpful, opened the box & put it together while I was out running errands.

Great Function, Poor Color

Overall I do like the product but one of the legs, part 5, does not have holes for me to screw into. If I attempt to screw where there is no hole, the wood will crack. If I get the part, it would be a 5 star review.

Need part

Some parts will broke after less than a year. Customer service won't replace any items including the simple hardware pieces like the cam locks or cam post. I am even disappointed with the customer service. Won't be purchasing any more products for Closetmaid.
