Got everything in perfect condition and it came with everything we needed to install it. Except of course the basic tools you need. This made a great change in our son's closet, he has a small bedroom and a dresser would not fit so this alternative was the optimal solution to our problem.  I was a little concern about the quality of the product just because it was so inexpensive compare to Lowes and Homedepot products, but made a great choice. Highly recommended.

When I moved into my beach cottage and saw it's small closet, I had no idea where I would put all my clothes. When I brought home the CLOSETMAID ORGANIZER it solved all my problems. It was easy to assemble and attach to the walls. Now when I show off my beach cottage to visitors, I proudly show my beautifully organized closet.

Small Closet, Big Help

Not a professional. Easy enough to install. Is you already have the wire rack most apartments preinstall this was like an additional, more parts to add to the preexisting install.

Its great for cluttered closets with one bar rack.  The shelves and specific area holds brings order to an uncontrolled storage. Just make sure you have a hacksaw and measuring tape for adjustments. You should do well.

Great Organizer

Perfect for my closet, my husband put it up with no problem at all. It's sturdy and the directions where easy to understand . Definitely getting another one for my daughters room.

Perfect closet organizer

I really like the style of the shelves. The racks are coated with a rubber silicone of some sort that gives it a good feel. I found it very easy to install with the included hardware. OI didn't need to make any trips to the hardware store for additional installation equipment or parts. Very sturdy and well constructed unit! I highly recommend this organizer!

We had a hard time understanding the instructions,  After we finally figured it out it went ok. It's very sturdy once it is up. I used it for a rental property I'm selling so no one has used it to see how much it holds. I think the system with the brackets attached to the wall is an easier system. I have 2 more to put up, but I don't know if I'll use them.

Nice organizer. Instructions need to be clearer

The idea that it fits closets 5ft-8ft is deceiving. The actual closet plan it follows only truly fits an 8ft closet, for smaller closets you need to try to find a way to shorten or alter the plan

The claim that you receive the kit with all hardware included only applies if you plan to install it in drywall. If you have paneling, plan on a trip to the hardware store.

All Hardware Included?

I wasn't happy with the system itself. It isn't strong at all. The top shelf is so high that you need a step ladder to reach it. The metal post that supports the entire closet is flimsy.
