Sturdy, easy to assemble, great quality/price ratio

One of my pieces broke and there where no replacements .

Received this item as a gift and really needed it to organize my house. It took a while to be delivered but I was happy once it was. It isn't the best quality for the price. Not very sturdy. The item was defective in two spots. Upon contacting the company (which you can only do by email for defective items), it took 4 days to receive a response. The only option they provide is to mail the defective item pieces which is going to take 10-15 business days. While I understand the current situation the country is in and high demand, not offering an option for a refund on defective items especially when parts are not in stock is insane. I thought based on the brand I would have a better experience but now I know to stay away from them altogether and especially not order from them directly. I recommend going to a third party seller and at least if you aren't happy, you have the option to return it.

Spare yourself the headache

Needed something to store kids toys in the living room. Went and bought this with my 1yr old (not easy to do). Putting it together is easy IF the boards were cut correctly. The middle shelf was 1/4inch off so it would not line up. Returned in disgust and envisioned what quality control there is for this product/company.

Board too long

The cube was either not drilled correctly or the holes were not drilled correctly because one end of the cube would not line up correctly. When I called, I was not helped at all. He wanted to send me one piece at a time to see if we could fix the problem and put it together correctly. I'm taking it back and looking into another option for my storage.

not happy with Closet maid

I purchased the cube organizer because I purchased one almost 10 years ago. (A great buy, I still use it). This 6 cube organizer shelves do not line up properly. Even switching and flipping the sides do not allow the shelves to line up. I only gave this item a star because I could not leave a review without a star.

Disappointed

I purchased this item. I began putting it together. The wooden dowels used to hold some of the shelves in place snapped. Sent an email to closet maid to resolve issue. I am waiting to hear back.

poor craftsmanship

I am missing all the backing pieces which makes the cubes useless as they are far too unstable to be safe.
