I have to echo the thoughts of a previous review. I have bought and used many different seats. Always in search of that perfect, comfy seat. This seat, by far, is THE most comfy seat I have used. I am 6', 220. Whether you are big, medium or small, this seat is AWESOME !!!!!!!!!

I have probably bought five seats in the last 2 years. This is by far the most comfortable see I have ever bought for a bicycle. Plus, it is not  embarrassing looking at the other four seats. It actually looks pretty cool.

I have 2 different brand of ebikes. It worked perfectly on one of them , but the Cloud 9  seat railings were too wide for the other one. Kept one and returned one.

Was really expecting a much softer seat considering the name and everything. This is very firm. Maybe I'm too light weight to activate the springs but they don't really budge much and the foam itself doesn't feel that soft. I was expecting various forms of memory foam level softness but it's really stiff. When I think of a cloud I think of really soft.

No where near as soft as it implies

I had the opportunity to try this seat out, I was not impressed.
After a few miles I was just as uncomfortable as my cheap off the shelf $20 Wal-Mart gel seat.
