After finding this ottoman on many online websites, I decided to purchase it from Walmart simply because it could easily be returned there if I didn't like it.  I expected strange smells, faulty manufacturing and other imagined defects due to the reviews I read from past purchasers.  But I was very pleasantly surprised when it was delivered to my front door.  The FedEx Lady offered to bring it inside my home but it was quite heavy and I felt sorry for her.  My husband and I muscled it inside and attached the 4 feet which simply screwed in and we were done.  The vinyl fabric was soft and supple, had no offending odors and I did not find one thing wrong, inside or out.  I am very pleased with my purchase!

Better Than Expected

Well made , attractive . Very strudy when sitting on . Great storage,  space for throws and extra pillows. Would definitly recommend this  multi functioning piece of furniture . 
Certainly looks like I paid considerable more for this item ,its a very rich brown , that compliments my  brown leather couches .

You can't tell from the stock photo but this ottoman also has buttons... which is great! We bought it hoping it would match our leather sofas from Ashley, and as luck would have it, its a perfect match! Solid build, can't beat the price. Can't even tell its a storage ottoman from the front. Only wish it were bigger, though it still fits all my daughter's toys (you can see her trying to escape on the right).

For the price you can't beat it. Not ideal construction legs angle in a tidbit and hinges seem cheap. No smell and looks like leather. Good proportions as a coffee table/ottoman to put your legs up on.

Excellent for the price

The item is beautiful.  There is a small tear/indentation on the back of it that we decided to use a color pen to diminish rather than go through the trouble of sending it back.  But the manufacturer needs to catch this before shipping.

Coaster Tufted Storage Ottomon, Dark Brown

This item was a bit smaller than it appeared in photo, measurements are accurate. We use it in our living room as a "coffee table" but do not think it would work in a very large living room. For the price, this product is sturdy and well made (from China, not USA as listed, but I believe company is based here from packaging). Nonetheless, this piece complements our living room great!

Nice item, great value!

Arrived quickly & only had to put legs on.  The faux leather is shiny which the picture on line didn't  show.  I would not have purchased it in store if I had been able to see quality of fabric used.

Storage Ottoman

I'm returning this item. The picture online looks great but once I opened the box you could see the many flaws. The fabric was rippled in some places and the lid was crooked so in the back you could see the hinges on some places and that made the lid overlap on one side.

Not the best quality.
