I used the night stands for end tables in my living room,perfect height and width. They do have a "wood" smell to them and still smell a week later. I assume that will go away? My one stand came damaged. The box had an apparent hole in it which pinched through the hard cardboard backing. They pack them very well! The one spot they didn't have styrofoam is where it went through.  I called Cymax and I had to send pics and they were to get back to me if I had to return or if I could just keep it and they'd send a new one at no charge.  I called them on the 5th day and they said they'd just go ahead and send a new one and I was to keep damaged one.  Sounds good to me!! Very heavy, very nice! No where can you get such quality at that price! I'd order from Cymax again (but through Walmart since they are cheaper). Beautiful product!
