Batteries

I bought this item this summer but honestly I am disappointed. There are two who do not walk half the time and one who does not syncronise at the same position as the others.

Disappointment

When opening the box one of the radios had the screen that was broken

These were terrible, bought them for work and couldn't pick up the other radios from 30 feet away. The ringer would go off on itself. Is there a zero star button?

Garbage

Bought this to keep track of my kids who like to play in the neighbourhood and for the youngest who is a spy in training. 

Impressive range and sound clarity. Now to see how long the batteries last....

So far so good

We don't use them often, so the most frustrating thing about them is anytime we need them, the batteries are dead. We have an older set from Motorola still power up even with the same set of batteries.
If you plan not to use them for a couple of weeks, you must take the batteries out, otherwise the batteries will be dead. They are cheap, so they rightly sound horrible. However due to the battery issue, I wouldn't recommend them. They are garbage.

They use battery even when off

Cheap and doesn't work. The batteries say AA when they use AAA. Once you put in the batteries you can't pop them out as there is no spring load in it.  It's very flimsy and it's too hard to take the clip off to put in the batteries.  The range is not very good and the quality is poor. Avoid at all costs
