Good Stuff

It's very, very good. To be eaten in taco with corn tortillas or flour(Warning, tortilla must be heated), add lemon or lime, onions and tomatoes in cubes and a spicy sauce like Herdez or Coatea

How to prepare it

I had my doubt when I bought this but after trying it my family absolutely loved it. Its going to be my go to for a quick shredded pork taco meal. I heat the meat on a pan with a tbs of veg oil. Then place it on a warm tortilla add diced onions and cilantro with some squeezed lime. You got yourself some easy street tacos.

A good buy

There is a generous amount of delicious, seasoned pork meat in the package. I had never tried anything like this before. If you are a fairly big eater, this would make two satisfying sandwiches.  It says 4 servings, and that would work also, with something on the side.  Salad, potatoes, rice, something like that.
As for me, I ate half of it out of the package and couldn't stop, it was so good. As far as sodium... It's really not that high, it's just seasoned well. And not hot either, a little spicy, which is what I would want for pulled pork. I think it's delicious and the good value. Thank you.
