I added this after being keto for about 3 months. Stopped losing weight and had seemed to plateau on my results. I started taking these and began to see further improvements in fat reduction and overall energy. Definitely helpful in getting over the hump!

I've been taking these pretty consistently for about 3 months now, given as a 'gift to try' from a friend, with a combination of a keto diet, and daily exercise, I've dropped 25 pounds. I'm generally pretty skeptical of pills and supplements, and I was already on keto and daily exercise, but when I started taking these, I definitely noticed a difference . I don't have to be as strict with my carb intake, and I still find myself either losing or maintaining weight. I sometimes find with pills and supplements that I get a gnarly stomach ache for the first few hours after I take them, but that doesn't happen with these.

Actually Works!

I ended up buying these because it contains 180 capsules as opposed to most other brands that have only 60. They work really well. Granted, I think I've done a good job with my macros and following keto guidelines, and I've specifically noticed it keeps me focused, energized and in ketosis.  Definitely the best value out there and a high quality supplement.  I will be purchasing again.

Actually works and Great Value!!

Initial Review: It has really felt like my metabolism has been sparked because of the formula. I have thought of it as a sort of mild detox which I clearly needed. I like it so far and have not had any side effects besides mild bloating and gas if I am not drinking enough water. I believe it has helped my digestive system at this time. I will follow up with a secondary review once I have completed the bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After Eating blueberries I knocked myself out of ketosis. Fortunately, I had ordered Codeage Instant Keto just in case I cheated or something like this happened. I did not eat too many Blueberries, only a half cup, the allotted amount, but it happened… I took instant keto and the next day, Bam! I was back in Ketosis. Since then, I've tried to eat blueberries two more times. Both times the same thing happened even with a small amount of blueberries. I can eat blackberries, I can eat strawberries, and I can eat raspberries. Blueberries are just a trigger for me and knock me right out of Ketosis. It's nice to have instant keto to rescue me from things like this!!!

INSTANT KETO WORKS

I have been on keto since the summer and recently bought these and began using them. I was using a different product earlier but felt no effect at all. Really good product

I have taken many fat burners over the years. I am an avid gym goer and started intermittent fasting as part of my daily routine.  I came across this product to see if it could help me.  I started using it in August and I really have not changed anything with my diet or workout routine and I lost 8 pounds since last month. I actually went on vacation for 10 days and ate like a pig and still manged to drop 8 pounds. The only thing that changed in my routine was taking these pills.  I am use to fat burners making you feel jittery and hyped up this product did not do that at all, so that is why I said this sneaks up on you because you do not feel it working like a tradition high energy fat burner, but all of a sudden you are just down 8 pounds.  So thumbs up from me!

To take 6 caps a day. When I saw the instant keto at only 2 caps a day I thought it was a good find and I quickly realized it's good but not as potent as the other codeage product I was taking.

I have been on a Keto diet for 3 months. If I eat strawberries or raspberries it throws me out of Keri. I thought this would help me get back into it quickly. I still took me 3 days to get back into it. I don't cheat. I'm very diligent. Sad it didn't work
