Ease Of Following Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. Although it was challenging for him at first because he's only twelve years old, he did enjoy using it.

Great digital experience!

I bought this and 2 others from this brand for my friend who wants to learn coding with her daughter.  It was easy to follow along and even though her daughter is only 11, she didn't find it too challenging to be able to enjoy it.

Awesome Gift

I had my doubts that my 13 year old would be interested in this; I thought they might be too old for it. However, they found it appropriately challenging so they didn't lose interest but also full of new information they wanted to learn. Was a nice addition to our homeschool lessons. Purchased 3 different sets from this brand and was happy with them.

I purchased this and a couple of the other options as a gift for my son. He has ASD and is hyperfocused on coding currently. He is 10 years old and felt it was easy to follow

Great Gift

Bought this for my son who wanted to learn about coding. It was easy to activate and has been easy to follow along. My son is enjoying it and starting to use what he has learned on his own.

I bought 3 of these programs to use with my homeschool group for our technology unit.  This one was my favorite - my kids (7th grade and 1st grade) enjoyed playing together and learned plenty.

This program was easy for my 13 year old to follow, but still challenging and engaging.  She learned a lot creating her spaceship and thoroughly enjoyed the process.

I wasn't too impressed with how to redeem the code for this course. Since this is a tutorial for CODING, I would think that the instructions on the card I bought should lead to a dedicated webpage…

Instead, it's set up that you have to put the product in the cart, only then are you given a place to enter the code. It's confusing. The company says it's “just easier that way”…yeah, for THEM! They didn't (big dramatic sigh here…) haaaafta code a whooooole ‘nother webpage for their already paid customers. Nope. Easier to confuse them…

Plus, how can I now believe these people actually love coding and are willing to support learning?!?!

The only nice thing I can say is that there's two student accounts available for the purchase price, so if this misspelled and truncated website actually has effective teaching and lessons, it might be worth it. Skeptical.
