The net looks very well made.  We bought it as a gift for our grandson.  He was thrilled since he loves to hunt butterflies and moths.

Butterfly Net

Good product for kids... just as advertised.
The product has worked well, so far.
Fair price. Shipping was one third of total price, so buy this product from the store if it is available.

Works Well

Couldn't find a "real" butterfly net anywhere in town. There are other online stores that have them and even the same size, etc as this one, but all are much more expensive. This is by far the best deal for this type of net.

The handle is a good length and the netting is nice and deep. My 5yr old finally has been able to catch some of the faster butterflies we have flying around here. He couldn't with the cheaper smaller ones that are in the stores here.

Does what it needs to.

Have a problem with one type of white moth in garden that lays eggs that end up hatching and eating cabbage. This has been a great non toxic way to get rid of just what need to be gotten rid of while not harming the benificial insects.

it can be used for many purposes.
To catch butterflies, catch crabs on the beach and catch fish and lobsters in small rivers.
It's pretty fun with this product for a trip .

very useful product

This net is better than most of the other kids bug nets out there: long handle, lightweight but sturdy, and big net with large opening (increases likelihood of actually catching a bug). My child even uses it to catch minnows in the creek. Like all kids items, however, I'm not sure if it will be sturdy enough to last a while--we will see.

My child loves this net

I was really excited to get this for my daughter and she did love it. I only complain that it was not sent in very good shape, and I had to fix it a little. After that it has been great.

The description says that the handle is 42” long when in fact it states on the package it is only 24” long. I'm very disappointed. Over all the product seems to be made well.

Deceiving

Ordered 2 nets online. Selected in-store pickup.  Items that were sent was bent and unusable.  Employee said they were packed in a flimsy bag. Was informed at store that I would have to re-order online if I wanted to try again.  Nope. Issued a refund in store.

Broken upon arrival
