I would highly recommend Coleman's seem sealant.  I have a pop up camper that is getting to the age where the seems on the end pull outs have been leaking when it rains.  This year I applied the sealant to my seams before camping and when we went camping for two weeks, we had zero leaks where I applied the sealant.  It really works.  My only criticism is the applicator.  It was difficult to figure out the right amount of pressure to applied to the bottle.  Sometimes you would squeeze it and barely anything would would come out.  Other times it would seem I was pressing too hard and a glob would pop out and it would get a little messy. The brush on the end helped but at times it was too stiff.

Great sealant but needs a better applicator.

Does the job just fine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sealer held up to a major storm. It's like painting milk on the seams. It dries crystal clear, but when it rains and gets wet, the drips from application look like drips from  a bottle of white glue. But that's a small price to pay for staying dry.

Works great

This seam sealer works just as expected and will definitely help to prolong the life of our camping tent. my only criticism as many others have mentioned is the brush applicator. What I found most useful was to just use my own paint brush and dip it directly into the bottle for applying. This method worked perfectly for me.

Great product, terrible applicator

it worked, but i had to reapply after a while

The sealer was fine, but the applicator was terrible. Naturally the bottle is being held sideways for much of the application and the bristles are super stiff...so when you hold it agaisnt the seem and squeeze, it just oozes through the base of the bristles and drips to the floor. I've used a seam sealer before that had a smooth cloth-like tip that applied much easier.
