The cold Therapy machine from the beginning did not perform properly and didn't suction the water through the tubing well.  All the time using it leaked water from the tubing,  even though everything was properly assembled. The knee pad provided seemed to not suction but very little water and after a few minutes of use didn't suction at all. It is useless.

Very poor suction and flow through the tubing.
