We use this regular, but we use it for our dogs at dog park. Easy to carry in and take off lid so dogs can drink out of it or stick their feet in to cool off. Last one we had lasted for almost 4 years before it started leaking some, it did sit outside all summer and the spout is the old kind that has a button on top of it. I have bought replacement spout for it so good as new and now have a spare cooler to take to dog park.

Great use for pet water

Some have said container leaks and lid does not tighten up. I have had no problems. Use to transport iced water for Labrador Retriever during agility training. Perfect for my needs.

Great travel water bucket

Our last one lasted for years of every day use because of an accident we had to replace it otherwise I'm sure it would still be perfect and We recommend it.

Affordable and durable

I bought this jug to replace the flimsy collapsible ones that I had been using. It's stable, easier to handle, and easy to clean.

Good price, question the lid

I am a flat roofer and I have used these jugs every year.    It's the only thing that gives me enough water for my long days on the roof and I always throw lots of ice In.  It keeps my water ice cold.   Only complaint I have is I have to buy a new one every summer cuz it always leaks from the tap.  And slowly gets worse and worse throughout the summer..   I wish my made them without the tap and the Same lid. Them it cudnt leak.   Wud be perfect.

It's good but 1 minor issue

I ordered this cooler a couple of weeks ago to bring to work. Over all it is a nice cooler but  the lid has no seal so it leaks when ever I shake or agitate the liquid inside to mix the medical drink I have. The bottom inside of the cooler is flat so when the contents start getting low, it falls below the level of the spigot and the cooler has to be tipped forward at an ever increasing angle to get the last of the liquid. To get the very last of the liquid the lid has to be taken off and the liquid must be poured out of the cooler. The spigot needs to be redesigned. Currently the spigot must be pulled to get the contents out. It would be much easier it were a push style. When the cooler arrived, it had simply been thrown in a box along with the packing slip, taped up, and shipped. No protective material at all. Fortunately it wasn't damaged in transit. If this is the level of care Coleman gives it's products when they are shipped, I won't be ordering from them again. Also, there is not air hole in the lid so the lid must be loosened or removed when using the spigot.

I had to return this because it leaked. Maybe I just had bad luck. Don't know. It would otherwise be awesome.
