Coleman is known for it's value and durability in the products they sell. This is no exception. My preferences lie in a cooler with an attached lid and a built in drain feature. Walmart provided me with the desired cooler. I expect years of service from my selection.

This cooler is just the size I needed. It fits nicely in my car and it's light weight so I don't have to struggle with it.  It was the right price as I had shopped other sites and they wanted more money.   My only problem was with shipping it to my Walmart store as they lost it in Washington D.C.  Had to reordered it and that took longer to get it to the store.  overall I would rate the store delivery as a 3 for delivery service and the price and quality of the product a 5. If you're looking for a cool cooler that keeps the cold really good this is the one.  It's the right size and it does the job.

Coleman made an excellent cooler.  I have used this cooler for many different things and ordered an extra one to help me defrost my Stand Alone Deep Freeze that had too much food due to having food for covid.  I always had plenty of food but have not been needed an extra cooler to put my food while my freezer defroster.  As always, Coleman is excellent to keeping your food cold.  Highly recommend.  Also, Walmart delivery is great.

Coleman made excellent Coolers

The cooler carried in my local store looks similar and is about $8 cheaper. The difference is no drain and no insulation. Total ice meltdown on the cheap one is part of one day. This cooler will keep ice for two days and stay cold for three. Spend the extra money and wait a few days for store delivery. It’s well worth it!

Spend the few extra bucks

We took this ice chest on a road trip and drove each way about 10 hours.  We were pleasantly surprised how well insulated this ice chest was on on our trip.  The ice inside did not melt to much and our food stayed very cool inside.  We were impressed.

We have a larger (120qt) Coleman Marine cooler  and it keeps everything really cold for days. The price on the smaller 48qt was so fantastic that I bought four. The walls of the smaller size aren't as thick but they do the job!!! Our area experiences frequent black outs and using Coleman marine coolers have saved us from losing food! They are also terrific when modified into feral cat shelters in the winter!!

Good value

We bought 2 of these when they went on sale so we could send frozen food home with our children who live out of state. they said the coolers worked fine for the hours they travels. Haven't tried them for days of camping yet. We bought them online so I had expected them to be a little larger, but otherwise they've worked great so far.

Good cooler

Be aware, this cooler does not have a drain plug. No issue for me since I purchased the cooler as a bait live well and fish cooler. Seems fine as far as durability is concerned. I put 80 pounds of water in the cooler with a pump for aeration, and so far it's held up fine. Typical plastic hinges which require replacement every couple of years with heavy use, but they're inexpensive and no big deal to replace. All in all, a good value for the money.

Good value, Nice Cooler

This is the worst cooler I ever bought.  I was so glad to see that it was made in the USA, but it's claim that ice will last three days is beyond false.  The ice barely made it one day.  It was in the shade and not very hot weather.  The only place this cooler would hold ice for three days may be in Alaska.  Very disappointed.

Worst cooler ever!

I have ordered this Coleman Cooler for about 15 years now. I ordered 24 of these coolers a couple of months ago and it now has no drain hole. It's a must in a cooler. It shows a drain hole but does not have one. Same price but no drain. I returned all 24 of them. Very dissatisfied with Coleman
