Ease Of Setup

Durability

Setup is possible with one or two people.

Floor attachment could be more secure to prevent gaps.

Made with materials that are long-lasting and sturdy.

Great smaller screen tent. Easy to put up, fully no-seeum mesh, has a removable bottom. We loved having this smaller version of the screen tent because we camp in smaller campsites. We had no issue fitting it into tight spaces. Good quality. Do wish the elastic in the poles was a bit tighter. Tip is to push the poles through, don't try to pull them. We got very quick at putting it up doing this. It is very sturdy and holds up to wind well. We wish Coleman would make a rain tarp for it, but we did just fine using another light camping tarp. Love this tent and the value is unbeatable.

Great small tent, sturdy, easy to put up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skyshade is perfect for a day trip, we took it with us for a day camping by the lake, to the beach and park. It is great for picnic in the park, you can protect your food and yourself from bugs, flies. We have a toddler and this tent has been a lifesaver when she was tired and wanted to nap at the beach or when we had to change her diaper or just chill when it is too hot. It protects from sun and winds for sure. I am not very sure about rain though, not sure if it sturdy enough to stand well in rain. As most of the Coleman products it is easy to setup and doesn't take a lot of effort to secure it.

Good tent for a day trip

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sky shade Screen dome 8x8 in Fog color to test. This screen dome only took 10-15 mins to setup. Its really consist of just putting the poles together and putting the poles thru the loops. Once that is done, just use the clip to clip screen dome to the poles and anchor the screen dome as needed. The bottom is removeable. It also took only 10-15 mins to take the screen dome apart and fold it all back into the storage bag. I wasn't able to really test this screen dome against bugs because it's the middle of spring right now and the weather is leaning more towards cold and rainy, so no bugs around. I can't wait until summer arrives so my family and I can sit outside in the screen dome to enjoy being outside without having insects bug us. I do feel like 8 x 8 is a little small but then again, I only have a family of four, so we should fit.

easy to setup

I use the Coleman sky shade screen dome and it's really good for being outside without bugs bothering. It was easy to set up and gives nightshade while still feeling airy inside. It feels sturdy enough for normal use, but I'd avoid really windy days. Overall, it makes outdoor time way more comfortable. To store my tent I pack it away underneath a deck. To take care of it though when I do take it out, I make sure it's not raining because it's weatherproof, but not in severe bad weather.

Easy set up and great for shade and keeping bugs o

influenster.com

The concept is great, however the bottom of the screen portion missed the mark. The removable floor needs a better method to secure it to the screened tent portion. The connectors do little to hold it in place. Mosquitoes easily come in from the gaps.
I suppose it might work well if you are on a hard surface such as concrete.

Missed the mark.

I was very disappointed by this product. The “detachable flooring cover“ is a joke. Four small hooks that allow your pets to get out of the tent and does nothing to keep out snakes, ticks, etc. The detachable flooring should be able to be fully zipped across all sides so that the tent is secure and keeps out all pests and keep your pets inside with you. I want it to enjoy sitting in my backyard, which we cannot do with this product.

NOT THE COLEMAN QUALITY I'VE GROWN UP WITH AND EXP

Not worth the money. Very difficult to set up and does not hold up in even mild wind. Elbow joiners were bent and then bent more with wind.

Not an easy assembly

Not worth the money

I have set up tent 3 times. Rods to hold up tent have metal pieces in between each rod. Metal has bend so bad that it will break next time I use it.Metal is thin & cheap.Very disappointed.

Loved size of tent but Disappointed

Left this out overnight and two of the poles completely bent. It was not an unusual windy night. Have no idea how it happened, can only blame it on being a low quality product

Broke after being used 3x
