Now I have really learned how to use it, I can do a root shadow, highlights, lowlights ect - all of it on my own hair.

I mixed 5/81 and 7/81 with 6% koleston developer that I left on my natural 7 roots and 6/71 hair ends (super long, relatively healthy hair) and my hair's broken off in chunks. I look horrendous. I haven't even used a climazon. 
The colour is really nice though but lost significant amount of hair
