first time using it, and it did not disappoint. I love that it left my hair feeling moisturizer and not dry like most other products. i get lots of compliments over my hair color. I'm definitely repurchasing it!

Great hair color, doesn't burn scalp as many others do.  The ammonia free concept is brilliant! Nice color, and outcome.   Conditioner smells a l bit odd. Used my own.

My 1 inch roots are showing through after just 3 washes. I loved using it. Didn't smell strong and made my hair incredibly shiny and soft. I was really hopeful. But I'm not happy I can see my roots already.

Grey shows back quick!

I messed up by leaving and I'm like 10 or 15 minutes more the longer that you leave it on the darker it's going to be and I went with dark blonde which was almost black so I'm not quite sure I'm happy with L'Oreal nudes or Garnier Olia or Garnier hair dye I don't think I would buy this again for sure it's just came out too dark I'd hate to see what it would look like if I left it on for the recommended time I don't know I think it's very quick processing maybe if you leave it on for 15 minutes I don't know

I used two boxes since i have extra thick hair. My hair is also dry. Since dying my hair the color keeps running. I rinsed for 30 to 45 minutes the first time and the water never ran clear. Three washes later my water still is running black. My roots are already showing after a month. I am very disappointed.

Do not buy

I know that box hair color don't give exactly the color of the shade they advertise, but in this case it it's too much my hair was medium light brown and I ended up with a very dark color almost black in some parts, instead of keeping my nice color it made it darker and the picture of the shay was similar to my color

i got 5.3 medium golden brown and its darker than my natural hair color (which is a level 4). idk if they mixed up the formula or something but now i have to get color oops to fix this🙃

Color has only been in a week and has already washed out.  Have to redo my hair now. Had to go back and make sure this wasn't a Demi permanent hair color.  Box says permanent so I don't know what is going on.

Tread carefully

terrible, colored mt grays yellow instead of darkest brown. Itchy scalp, the box and the web site claims that there is no PPD but the box ingredient list said contain PPD, how to understand that?  also, was a terrible hair loss after the color washed out .Never buy this prduct !

Garbage product, stay away

Clairol

Poor grey coverage and I ruined two pillow cases. I use a special shampoo after dying my hair. I noticed my white towel had some dye on it after I colored it and washed it. I figured it would be ok, so I didn't give it any thought again after that until I woke up the next morning with dye streaks on my pillow case. That was very disappointing; new bedding. The next day I did not wash my hair. The third day (today) I washed my hair and the towel has dye on it. 
The fact that I've damaged bedding and towels and didn't even get good grey coverage means this was the first and last time I'll be using this product. 
Definitely wouldn't recommend. For the record: I've never had a box color transfer to bedding and towels this badly or for multiple days (and remember: I did wash my hair directly after coloring it).
