I prefer sticking directly to the back rather than hanging with a tooth, but this DOES work for those light small frames.

The hanger sticks securely to the wall and holds the frames firmly without leaving marks when removed. It's important to let the strip adhere to the wall for a few hours before adding a frame for hanging. I like that this hanger allowed me to hang my pictures level and straight without needing nails or tools. It works well on painted walls and makes changing or rearranging frames simple. Overall, it's a convenient and damage-free way to display photos.

I followed the directions and after an hour I hung my picture frame.  It was that easy.  It was also easy to make the frame straight and it is flat against the wall.  Next time I need to hang a frame I will be using this.
