I like that the accessories were also included.
Definitely trial and error. It does take some practice. Be prepared to burn a few pies until you get the hang of it. 
A few people complained about the flame going out. Just follow the instructions correctly and it will stay lit.

The back of the oven is the hottest spot so you have to turn your pie or it will burn. No way to avoid that unless you rotate. Save your self burnt pies and get one that rotates the stone
