I generally give a 4-star vs. a 5 review to equipment %26 appliances not because of diminished performance or value, but because there's Always room for improvement!

She's KOOL!

After reading some of the bad reviews I was a little surprised when mine came in 100% perfect condition and cools my hole apartment and my bedroom has  12' foot ceilings and is huge and my living room and kitchen extremely happy with my new Air Conditioner

Happy with our purchase

Despite being a lot lighter than other units (67 lbs) this air conditioner cools in no time.  Just bought it so it will be interesting to see how energy efficient it will be.  It came with some nice insulation panels to keep the cool air in.  I'm set for summer!!

Powerful Unit!!!

unit cools down my 800sq foot apartment.   although i struggled to carry the box 
 upstairs to my second floor unit ( very heavy) i was able to put unit in the window myself.  kudos to me!            box was damaged upon arrival and unit was slightly damaged ( other reviews said the same)  BUT that's the cost you pay when it ships straight to your door.

go for it

This AC is surprisingly loud, but worth getting used to the white noise. Easy to install. Came with everything needed. Cooled our little house right away, and has a thermostat and energy-saving setting. Bonus: the filter is washable and reusable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Loud but worth it

Seems like a nice unit although with the cool temps lately I haven't been able to test it out properly. 4 instead of 5 stars because of damage during shipping. Manufacturer should protect unit better before shipping but Fed Ex is to blame for using the box for a step. A clear foot print was on top of the box exactly on top of the damage which was a cracked front cover and a large dent on top of the unit. This kind of damage is not unusual for Fed Ex in my experience but some of the blame goes to lack of protection during packing of the unit.

Better packing needed but seems to be a nice unit.

We have had this unit as a supplemental unit for my man-cave for three months now. Right through all of August and it has worked well in a 24' by 20' room. I like the room to be very cool due to a medical condition and this does the job well.

It is louder than many units, which doesn't bother me at all, but if you are looking for a quiet unit then this may not be the best choice for you.

The remote doesn't come with a battery, so you will need to buy that separately, it needs one of the CR2025 coin sized batteries. The remote seemed a little sporadic at first, but settled down after a week or so and has worked well.

Worked well through a Tennessee August

Returning. Flimsy like it's manufactured for Labor Day Sale.  VERY Loud! Runs ok, but turns itself to Eco on its own during the night or when I'm gone %26 house gets hot.  Definitely would not recommend

Loud %26 Flimsy  No condensation Drainage

Do  not buy, I only used it last year and this year it does not blow cool air and instead warm air and acts like a fan. After looking for further reviews, I am not alone on this. I am only hoping I can get some sort of warranty help.
