The picture is misleading. There is not a keyboard shelf included. That is listed as an accessory item (purchased separately?). Also it says to install your tablet enclosure with the screws provided with the enclosure. What enclosure? Is this something I also had to buy separately? Did someone take that and return this unit? There is a chip on the back of the bracket as well. Also, there is no way to attach an iPad to this unit as it comes out of the box. It was also dirty and I was suspicious because the box was a bit beat up telling me that it had already been returned once. There is a chip on the back of the bracket as well.  I can't do anything with this right now and is $187 not well spent. I will need to send this back.
