Ease Of Use

The dough roller and pasta cutters are excellent. Heavy, well-made. And very easy to use. My husband and I made a batch of dough and we were both surprised how much better scratch made pasta is. Also simple to make.

I watched the Cuisinart tutorial on making dough and using the pasta attachments. I decided to buy them and am glad I did. I have made amazing fettuccine and spaghetti so far. Using OO and semolina tastes so much lighter and cleaner than store-bought pasta. My granddaughters love helping and I love the time we spend cooking together.

New family tradition

This really worked as one might expect. Be sure to roll dough as suggested in the manual so the roller can handle it. Both cutters worked well for me. My area for improvement is the labeling of adjustments on the roller. It's difficult to tell when set on 8 vs 6 vs 5 etc because the numbers are not black bold font. All in all very happy.

Great

I've always wanted to make pasta and it looks like such a hard thing to do. I found a good recipe on the Internet that shows how to mix the ingredients in my Cuisinart mixer. I then attach the pasta rollers and was amazed how easy it is to make spaghetti and linguine. I will no longer pasta in my grocery store. I'm making my own from now on.

Excellent pasta maker

I bought this so I could have a project with my grandchildren.  We had a lot of fun making pasta and the kids loved it.  They are 7 and 8.

Pasta roller and cutter

Excellent pasta maker, the only issue is that you can't clean it with water/soap. But overall I love doing pasta with those attachments.
