Great steamer for personal/household use. The water turns to steam FAST, and the steamer cord is a good length- not too long, not to short.

It becomes hot after several minutes' use. Must keep away from children. Nevertheless, it works very well and winkles go quickly.

EXCELLENT steamer! I had a similar one from Conair which was 8 years old; it needed to be replaced. Conair has definitely made improvements to the design and function of this appliance. I'm glad I needed to upgrade! As always, perfect service from Jet.

So happy with this purchase! Lots of bang for your buck. We rent table linen and laundering and ironing the linen is always incredibly time consuming. This steamer cut my time in more than half!!! Love it!! Works great- steam starts in under the 3 minute time listed in the directions. Perfect size too- I can easily transport it onsite. If you are looking for a steamer, don't hesitate- you will love this one!

Great Steamer!

I had a bad case of scabies and couldn't afford to wash blankets every day so this was perfect and inexpensive. My only issue was I paid for next day shipping and I didn't get it for 3days but Wal-Mart refunded me so it was okay

This thing gets SUPER HOT!! Also you try to avoid the black hose from burning your forearm and cannot hold it right because of how hot it gets.

Does it take wrinkles away?
It pretty much depend on the clothing material. I personally noticed that it did much better with shirts that weren't 100% cotton. Also, it takes a while to get wrinkles out, you have to pass it over and over again.

Overall it's not a TERRIBLE product but it sure isn't a great one! Slightly below average.

In conclusion, I really wouldn't recommend the Conair Steamer. I was being cheap and thought it would save me a buck, but you get what you pay for.

Conair is nothing special!

With use, the unit takes longer and longer to heat up. If you are in a hurry, do not fill all the way. This steamer does the job. The one irritation is that if the hose is not extended at the bottom, it spurts and gurgles. I sling the hose on the back of a chair to ensure the bottom is straight and it works fine.

It's OK - serves its purpose

This item seems like a fire hazard. The tank and hose get super hot, but to me that makes sense since hot water/steam is being funneled into the hose, even though it seems to be nuisance. But I figured I could live with that. I kept on steaming and it started spitting water, so deciding this isn't for me, I go to turn the steamer off. But when I went to turn off the steamer, I burned my finger on the POWER button! (I was extremely careful to only touch the power button)It makes no sense that the power button would be burning hot to the point where you can't even turn it off. It seems to me that it is a major issue if the item can not be turned off correctly without burning one's skin.

Do not buy!!
