Amazing curls ! The only issue is the battery life. Charging overnight and being able to use only for 1-2 hours is not worth it. Also, it should've provided a power cord to use directly to when not charged.

Great curls !

There is a learning curve to get the hang of how to position your hands but once I figured it out, I had no problem getting it to curl my hair in the direction I wanted it to be. It was especially helpful that you can set it to curl left or right. Even though it does have the auto-reverse feature, I was able to get my hair stuck once during a practice session. (I tried to curl too much hair at one time which it tells you not to do.) However, since I was expecting to get my hair stuck in it, I had set it to the lowest setting & the shortest time so when I did get it stuck I immediately turned it off & wiggled it while pulling straight down & my hair, although tangled, did come right out with no damage. I suggest practicing like this with those same expectations if you are like me and want to test the limits of the amount of hair it will hold. I have hard to curl hair which is fine and usually doesn't keep curl for very long during the day. This easily curled my hair and it lasted the entire day (with hairspray) and at the end of the work day I still had curls that were just a little looser than the start of the day. This is a significant improvement for me in North Carolina humidity.

I have never bought a curler before because I just cannot curl it myself. I saw this and it really is so easy. I have long, thin, fine hair. I put the setting on the lowest and put it on mix for 8 seconds and I love the results! I was so excited to curl my hair and I'm excited to use it again!

It's so easy to use

I bought this because I saw people using it on TikTok.  Generally I am skeptical but thought, I will give it a try.  I will be honest I had a little difficulty at first with positioning but once I figured that out - it was ON!!!  My hair curled perfectly and it was just a trial run.  I will have to see just how long my curls last but am exceptionally optimistic.

I've tried all kinds of hand held curler and never work for me so I didn't believe this auto curler just ordered on a whim when it was on sale last week. You slide your hair sideways into it, press the button and the rotor grabs your hair gently, doesn't tangle if it gets stuck it stops safely. It rotates and curls as timer sets and you release the button and pull down gently the curls comes out beautifully! Did my whole hair in less than 30 mins compared to over 1 hr with traditional handheld  ones. Amazing invention ! Keep it up conair!

Wow it works

I really really love this item, but the charge is not that good. I charge it and it stays charged for only a bit maybe half my head and then dies. You can not charge it and use it at the same time, which is unfortunate. It does tangle sometimes but your hair can come right out and you just comb it out. The curls come out beautiful. I really like that you can use the mix curl right to left and it makes them look really fluffy and full. I wish the battery was better…

Really Great but….

Beautiful curls, but almost impossible to use behind the head. The battery does not hold and takes 3 hres min. to recharge. The device is large and heavy. Not ergonomic at all.
