I bought two chairs. One of the 2 with a torn seam at the exit of the box we had to exchange it. Otherwise, the chairs are perfect! Super comfortable, the mechanism is fine, the fabrics are superb. The armrests are low so easy to find a comfortable position. I have nothing to complain about It remains to be seen whether they will remain beautiful and functional. I can't find a place for this price! By the way, they sell on Wayfair $100 more per armchair and the reviews are ultra positive!

We love it!

Love this chair! It's cozy, comfortable, and a fraction of the price compared to other nursery chairs. My only two complaints are that the covers aren't removable (so you'll need an upholstery cleaner for spills), and the back starts to recline before the footrest is fully up, which is a bit awkward when you want to sit upright at a 90-degree angle with your feet up.

Love this chair!

DO NOT BUY. Bought this char and it was great for 5 months before bearings fell out of the chair. It now clunks so loud when rocking which makes it virtually useless as it keeps my baby up. I contacted the seller to see if there's anything we can do and no response. Waste of money.

DO NOT BUY

I wanted to leave a review because I was initially very hesitant to purchase this chair due to the negative reviews. Thankfully, my experience was much better than expected!

My chair arrived in good condition with no stains, and all the electronics work perfectly. I saw some comments about issues with the power functions not working, but I didn't have that problem at all—everything works as it should once plugged in.

Assembly was mostly straightforward, though I did have a bit of trouble attaching the arm pieces on the sides. There's a noticeable gap between the arms and the base of the chair, which does affect the look a little, but I believe it's necessary for the reclining mechanism to function properly. You can see what I mean in the picture I posted. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for esthetically pleasing.

Overall, I think it's a great value for the price. Finding a swivel, rocking, and reclining chair under $800 isn't easy, and for what I paid, I'm happy. It's not oversized, but it's not too small either it fits perfectly in the room and looks great!

Good for price

Chair is comfy but aesthetic isn't great, plus the chair came with some stain. Couldn't get to the seller to discuss options.

Beautiful chair, absolutely love the style and the smoothness of the glider, however I was disappointed to get it unboxed only to find that the buttons for the electric recliner didn't work. The usb and other connections worked, but not the recliner buttons. I'm hoping to return and try again with another order of this chair.
