Instructions

Assembly process is guided by straightforward directions.

Single box package arrived intact, quick shipment. General assembly was easy, instructions were clear, took approx. 30 minutes. Everything you need is included except for sand. You will need sand to weigh down the siderails of the steps (for speed, use a funnel with a 3/4 inch opening or slightly smaller). 

Wood deck mounting and adjustments took <10 minutes. If you get your adjustments right, once secured, the steps and siderails are sturdy. (Just to note, I am a 200lb individual, the steps don't sag or give at all). Sturdy.

One note regarding the steps. They are hard; however, they do not hurt the bottom of your feet like you imagine they would. I am going to try applying some strips of waterproof anti-slip tape just in case for safety. 

Overall, I am very pleased with the product. I would buy it again in the future if necessary (like if some space debris fell from the sky and destroyed the ladder. Anything's possible nowadays.).

I hope this information is helpful to someone. If something changes over time I will revise my post, also, if I can remember, I will post pics.

This is an awesome ladder and holds me at 232lbs does get hot the parts that are out of the pool. May need to put some felt or something on the handles and watch that first step if it's out of the water it's Hot!!

So far really sturdy and good addition to my pool.

It went together quite smoothly and for the few days we have had it in the water, it works great.  But that being said, we are quickly approaching the end of our swimming season here in Colorado, so the real test will come next year.

Big improvement from the 90's ladder that was already with the pool before we moved in. Opened up more space attaching it to the deck.

the back pieces that are supposed to help hold the ladder together fall out of the bottom piece. there is no way to fill the ladder with water or sand and the padder floats up.

It was delivered May 26 2023.  Last night my neighbor called saying someone was yelling from my pool.  I went out and found my disabled son in the pool and the steps had fallen off the ladder and he could not get out.  I repaired the steps and put them back into the pool.  They again fell apart!
