I was intimidated when I seen parts like cam lock, cam, but after reading the direction and applying step by step, it was easy. I brought this sofa table to be used as a tv stand for my 32" flat screen since I wanted the height, which is perfect. Haven't moved the tv or cable box, dvd, yet but don't see a problem with wires. If there is I could easier apply a background, fabric, painted plywood, or even a piece of fiberboard. I got the ebony ash since I love seeing the grainson this table. For the price was excellent.

easier than I thought

Having recently moved into a studio apt. I needed something that was smaller than a standard
entertainment center. I opted for this table because of it's size and the fact that it has 2
additional shelves. This table holds a 32inch TV with room to spare on either side. It took
Me approx. 2 hrs. to assemble alone. All in all, I feel this was an excellent choice!

Better than expected !

I bought the table for an entry way piece I so needed but after assembly I was stunned at the results. The table is very sturdy and the espresso wood blends well with my room color scheme. I am thinking about getting another one to place my flat screen television on.

Im so in love with this table

I looked at all the other review and decided to try it.  I had looked for a table to place behind my sofa for a long while.  I would recommend it.  I am 76 years old and if I didn't have someone to help me I could not have done it, since I no longer have the strength in my hands and arms.  This table is strong and not too heavy and I can move it easily.

extremely satisfied

After reading all of the other reviews, I had lowered my expectations but still bought it because I desperately needed something quick to serve as a TV table for the new 37" TV I had purchased that was still sitting on the floor.

A temporary fix might just turn permanent! I love how it fits in with the rest of my dark wood furniture. And its high enough that when I sit on my couch, it's at perfect eye level. And it definitely doesn't look like I paid less than $70 for it! All of the avg reviews are true...the wood chips easily so be careful during assembly. It took me about an hour to assemble because i was very meticulous and my table came out very sturdy. I was worried but once the last piece was put in place it was fine.

I'm very pleased. And glad I ventured to buy it despite the bad reviews. For the price I paid I couldn't have found anything better.

I use it as a TV stand.

I really like this sofa table. It meets my expectations, is sturdy and looks pretty at a great value. It was a bit time consuming to put together. The directions could have been written better but I would still recommend purchasing this sofa table.

Great price for a beautiful table

The table is great and looks really nice. It was also very easy to put together. The only thing that I found I did not like was that the pieces had a burgundy powder all over them. It was the same color as the stain on the table and got on my clothes and hands. Once I realized it, I washed the boards down and then it was fine. Fortunately, the stain washed out easily, so no damage done. I would recommend that you wipe the boards down before beginning to put them together.

You get what you pay for on shelf. It's nice, but it could be made just a little better. I'm comparing it to a cabinet from IKEA that I built prior to building this shelf. The IKEA cabinet (as cheap as it was...) was made a bit better for little money-out-of-pocket. I would not use this shelf as an every day "house" piece, but it serves as a nice guest room piece of furniture.

Nice, but....

Good overall product. Works well for the uses I needed it for. The biggest problem was I had to wait another week to get a new leg for the table to arrive. Only three of the four legs were drilled and taped for assembly. Ended up contacting the manufacture for a new leg, and it took another weeks worth of waiting to arrive. Other than that, easy to assemble.

Works as intended

This product was rather easy to put together...took us all of 10-15 mins. Noticed it was a little wobbly after putting it together so we went back and tightened the CAM locks....everything looked good felt good and I was pretty happy with my purchase....UNTIL I moved it. I picked up the table and it completely fell apart. Every screw in the CAM lock cam a loose side boards fell and front boards fell...by the time I got it to where I wanted it (bc I knew I could probably put it back together) I was only left with maybe half of the boards used to put it together...RIDICULOUS! UNACCEPTABLE! I was able to put it back together with ease, but its incredibly wobbly and unstable...HOWEVER, once i put books on it the screws all settled into the CAM locks and for now its serving its purpose...but I'm so disappointed in this product and would return it if I didn't need something to hold my books and if you could return it back to Walmart....but oh well. I'd go another route if you're considering this table.
